El Maguey

After work on Monday, we had dinner at El Maguey.

Chris had a burrito hankerin'.

 

Little did we know that their burritos are the size of babies!

And my man ordered me new boots! WOOOO!

Twisted Bars

Pretty pumped about the new bars!

The brass bowie knife might be a little excessive.

Like a kid in a candy store.

They're going on "Midnight Express." (the '63 Triumph)

But until then, I like them being on display in the living room.

Whole Damn Fam

We went to see Rain this past weekend.
My uncle got everybody tickets for Christmas.

He's freakishly obsessed, so I'm sure it was like a dream come true to him.

Let's just say, we went all out for the occasion.

Summer Fun

After seeing that, I can't help but think about summer.

Just got these babies in the mail.

They were $60 on eBay, but they accepted my $30 offer!

We're starting to make plans for our trip to California too.

Not much work going down at work today.

I need to get better at doing hair.

Too bad girls aren't cool anymore.

Humble Abode

Even though we plan on getting a house in July, we've been fixing up the apartment a bit.

We figured we might as well make the best of it while we're there. 

It's also a good way to prepare and get things we want.

We picked up this 9 drawer dresser on Monday.

I got him that canvas Civil War map for Christmas. It's a nice touch.

I have a feeling that this is the tidiest his side will every be. At least I was able to document it.

We found that eagle napkin holder for $1 at the same place we got the dresser.

I think it looks pretty cool as book ends.

Just had to throw that one in. He's such a cutie!

Cabin Fever

We rang in the New Year at a cabin down in Nashville.

Great time with great friends.

Can't think of a better way to wrap up 2011 and start 2012.
